Welcome to Marlysa Sullivan’s anatomy of yoga website.  Marlysa is a physical therapist and yoga teacher in the Pranakriya Yoga tradition.   Combining her knowledge of the body and physical therapy with yoga principles and practice has enabled her to develop a unique approach to working with the body and mind in healing from injury.  She leads experiential workshops and trainings across the country in anatomy for the Pranakriya 500 hour training program as well as in several 200 hour training programs.  She believes that we learn best from being able to see, touch and feel in our own bodies the concepts we are trying to understand. She gives students the opportunity to learn anatomy and therapeutic principles using experiential techniques and applying them directly to yoga practice.
